These Terms of Service govern your use of The Monkey's Box (themonkeysbox.com), operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

What We Sell

Two different things, on different terms:

• The Build Blueprint — a digital download, bought on this site, delivered immediately on payment.
• Custom builds — complete systems, quoted individually. A price on this site marked as a custom quote is not an offer; the terms of a build are agreed in the quote itself.

Capacity Figures Are Estimates

Model capacity and performance figures on this site are arithmetic estimates, not benchmark results. They are calculated from memory and bandwidth, and real throughput depends on the model, quantisation, context length, and software version. Do not treat an estimate as a guarantee of performance. Where a build must meet a specific measured target, that target belongs in the quote.

The Build Blueprint: Delivery and Refunds

The Blueprint is delivered automatically by email on payment. Because it is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are final once downloaded. If delivery fails, the file is unusable, or you were charged in error, contact us at hello@garnetgrid.com and we will re-deliver or refund it.

The Blueprint is licensed for your own use. You may build from it, including for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the document itself.

Custom Builds

A quote states the specification, the price, the lead time, and the warranty for that build, and those terms govern it where they differ from this page. Hardware carries the manufacturer warranty of its components; we pass those through and will help you claim them. Software we assemble is provided as configured at handover.

Sovereignty Means You Hold It

A delivered system is yours, offline and under your control. That is the point of it, and it has a consequence: we hold no copy of your data and no remote access to your machine. Backups, physical security, and key management are yours. We cannot recover data from a system we cannot reach.

Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape the site or make automated bulk requests
• Do not resell the Blueprint or present it as your own work
• Do not represent yourself as an authorised reseller or partner

No Warranty Beyond the Quote

The site and the Blueprint are provided as-is. Garnet Grid Consulting LLC makes no warranty that any particular model, throughput, or workload will perform as you expect on any particular hardware, except where a quote states a measured target.

Intellectual Property

The Monkey's Box name, the Build Blueprint, the build methodology, and the text and design of this site belong to Garnet Grid Consulting LLC. Open-source software included in a build remains under its own licence.

Limitation of Liability

Garnet Grid Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Monkey's Box. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting any formal dispute you agree to contact us at hello@garnetgrid.com to attempt informal resolution. Disputes not resolved informally within 30 days are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Where you hold a paid subscription, access continues to the end of the current billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted at this URL with a revised effective date, and material changes are announced on the site or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Garnet Grid Consulting LLC regarding The Monkey's Box.
